    Our doorman looks to be a bit chilly today. Is that the reason for scrunching up? Could it be the sun? Fatigue? I really don’t know much about spiders. Hope it’s doing alright. I tried to take this picture from the side to get a better view of its colors. If anyone recognizes the species, let me know. Still have to journey around the building to get a frontal picture.

    Our doorman seems to be doing well on this gloomy day. S/He has been outside the window across the hall for quite some time now. I have yet to identify its sex or species, but at some point I plan on taking a trip outside and around the building to get a better picture that isn’t a silhouette. It’s not really visible from the picture, but it is striped black and yellow. Wonder how long it’ll last into the winter. Guess we’ll find out eventually.

    I messaged the Etsy seller from which I got Kristin’s anniversary present today to let her know it had not yet been delivered. She told me that if it doesn’t arrive by tomorrow, she’d send a replacement with overnight shipping so I get it in time for our One-Year anniversary this coming weekend. What an amazing person.
